I hope you are all doing fine. I had to fight the flu the past week. However, I am all well again. So, I am good to go to my favorite yoga class tomorrow morning and I cannot wait to get those muscles moving.
Today, I wanted to talk about my new favorite cosmetic finds. I was searching for a non-toxic and natural foundation for a very long time now and I am confident that I have finally found a pretty good one. The foundation, I am referring to, is by Und Gretel, a wonderful organic German cosmetics brand. The foundation’s coverage is light to medium and the glow you will achieve is just beautiful. The healthy looking finish is probably what I like the most about it. In addition, I am really excited about the formula and the way it blends into my skin. In the application process, it seems like the foundation and the skin become one, and that is definitely something to strive for, foundation wise. The foundation seems like the perfect companion for the following months and it will definitely accompany me into spring and summer. Besides, it works perfectly fine to apply the foundation with your hands and also to work it into your skin with your fingers. However, I promise you, you will achieve an even more flawless finish, using a sponge to blend in the foundation. Whilst I was on the hunt for new makeup products, I stumbled across this gorgeous liquid eyeliner by Julie Hewett. What I can tell you so far, is that the formula is great and I am quite happy with the ingredients of the eyeliner as well. They are not as toxic as most of the formulas out there. Furthermore, I have the feeling that I will use it a lot to enhance my glowing spring look even more. I am quite up for an eye look change anyway these days, because I feel like I’ve been wearing my brown colored standard eye look for much too long. We will see where my mood for a change will lead me. Overall, I can already recommend the eyeliner. It goes on very smoothly and draws a nice line. The only thing is, I really need to practice the cat-eye fling now, in order to achieve a proper finished look. Lastly, get on that spring glow.
I wish you a beautiful weekend.
