this week I published an article on plant-based diets and the reason for incorporating more plant foods into your life. The post focused mainly on the scientific side of plant-based eating. So, to compliment the article I filmed a video on how I came to eating a plant-based diet. In the video, I am sharing my whole food journey with you. Hence, I talk you through the different stages I encountered during the last nine years. Of course, I couldn’t focus on every single detail which leaves room for more focused future videos. However, I tried to bring across the message of balance and the importance of listening to your body.
Like I already mentioned, I feel like it is important to learn about bodily wellness. Therefore, I am from now on incorporating it in larger quantities into this platform. The fact is that in order for you to shine and look good on the outside you have to feel good and comfortable on the inside. Lastly, I wanted to thank a special friend of mine for inspiring me to start presenting this side of me on here to complement my passion for fashion and beauty with my knowledge about health and wellness.
