This is one of the looks I’ve been wearing during Milan Fashion Week a couple of weeks ago. However, I didn’t have the chance to take proper pictures during that particular day. Hence, I re-shot the look to be able to properly show it to you. Can I say, it’s my current favourite dress? But then again, I have so many at the moment. Honestly, I have never had that many dresses growing up. I never considered myself as a girl that wears dresses nor skirts. Somehow, though, over the last couple of months, I have managed to fall in love with one dress after another. Hence, by now, I feel well equipped. Well, it doesn’t keep me from falling for even more dresses. In the end, can a girl have too many dresses? I don’t think so.
What are you looking for when you are buying a dress? I usually, go with my general preference for minimal style with that added detail. I mean, how gorgeous is the gathered-sleeve? It definitely won me over, eyeing the COS dress on the rack. I also truly adore the fabric. It is a beautifully soft jersey with a pretty sheen to it that makes it look very evening appropriate. Anyhow, depending on the city you are in and the shoes you are pairing it with, you are definitely able to wear it both during the day and during the night.
I went for my current favourite dress and sneaker combination. You, for sure, have been seeing me wearing this mix a lot lately. I literally wear my Gucci sneakers with everything. After all, it truly changes up the entire outfit and creates a completely new and sometimes even more exciting look. What do you think? Have you been pairing sneakers with dresses as well?
On another note, I have a feeling, that the next outfits, that will be published on here, will finally fall into the category of autumn and winter wear. The temperature in Milan has been dropping over the last couple of days. Hence, chillier temperatures mean that I can finally wear my new autumn/winter wardrobe additions. Pretty exciting. I just hope it doesn’t get too cold and too grey too fast. I am definitely not ready for that.
