New Year’s Eve is all about the glitter and the sparkle. Why not sparkle from within, though? I know that’s cheesy but, truly, one doesn’t have to show up in an overly revealing glitter dress in order to shine. I much rather like to stand out in a timeless but chic way. This year I went for the classic velvet dress. The little black dress is not only perfect for having a fancy dinner in with the family but also very much suitable for dancing the night away. I went partying in this dress already. Hence, it is very much approved for moving.
To add some actual sparkle, I paired the COS dress with my new golden mini Burberry bag and my beloved Dior Tribales earrings. For the shoes, I stayed pretty basic as well and chose my black pointy ankle boots. One of my go-to’s and absolutely recommended for dancing in without ever getting your feet to hurt. To finish off the look I added a touch of red lipstick. Red lips for me seem to appear especially often during the holiday season. They make me feel pretty damn good. Hence, if you need a little confidence booster, go for it. Hmm, I am just not entirely sure, how good those lips are for kissing. Might get a little messy. Who cares, though, right?
Well, promise me, you have some fun on New Year’s Eve. I am so looking forward to welcoming you back here on carinajung.com in 2018. Thank you so much for the great year. I can already feel how amazing the upcoming year is going to be. We’ll start off great in January and it will stay exciting over the upcoming months. Stay safe. Dress pretty. Feel incredible. Cheers. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
