Dinner Table Conversations #06: Miroslava Duma, Top 2018 Trends To Try, Sinner Like You, Magic, Grey & Gucci, Homemade Dinner…
Miroslava Duma and Ulyana Sergeenko were recently accused of racism, homophobia, and transphobia, throwing shade on the influencer world. People in other fashion professions are now doubting the professionalism of bloggers. They are questioning the education and the suitability for a diverse world of fashion. Guess, we need to step up our game a little and show up for what we stand for. Educated, knowledgeable when it comes to fashion, open-minded, fashionable and industry game-changing. That’s who we are.
My favourite video the past week must be the one by Chriselle Lim. She shows the Top 2018 Trends To Try. First of all, Chriselle is simply a gorgeous and very inspiring woman. Second of all, her styling is so on point. I definitely had a couple of the trends already on my radar and cannot wait to implement them in my wardrobe. Thanks to her inspirational styling, I am even more eager to get my hands on some of those key pieces.
Whilst I am slowly but surely catching up with my favourite podcasts, I am going to give you another music recommendation. This week’s favourite The Listen is Sinner Like You by Parson James. The tunes are so beautifully powerful and the lyrics are also very thought-provoking. I definitely feel all the feels listening to this song.

THE MUST BUY
Can I just share with you the easiest and fasted homemade dinner on earth? Take a sweet potato and put it in the oven. Let it bake while you are doing your workout or else. Mix a teaspoon of tahini with water, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and turmeric. It creates the creamiest sauce. Take your baked sweet potato, cut it open, spoon in the tahini sauce and garnish the whole dish with more nutritional yeast. Enjoy and thank me later. By the way, if you don’t have an oven at hand, you can put your sweet potato into the microwave. I am not a fan of microwaves but it does get the job done even faster.
