I wanted to talk about the controversial topic surrounding supplement intake. My clear stance would be, do not take them, if you do not have any deficiencies. For me that is, I need some additional Vitamin D, due to the lack of sun exposure. Furthermore, I also always check up on my B12 levels since no one seems to know for certain if you can get the mineral without eating animal products. Luckily, so far my levels have been stable. Since I am working out a lot, have a very stressful schedule and a monkey mind that does not want to shut up at night, I recently started taking pure edible magnesium before bedtime. I cannot tell you exactly if it aids with sleeping, but it is definitely supposed to. However, I might sleep a little better while taking it.
Anyway, today I wanted to introduce you to Rain. Their supplements are called Core and Soul and if I am honest, you cannot really call them supplements. I would rather call them diet enhancers or nutrition boosters since all they consist of are highly concentrated seeds and plant extracts. They literally only contain natural ingredients, that you would be able to eat in any form. This also makes them totally justified to be added to any diet.
Soul is a product that is created to decrease inflammatory processes in your body, increase performance and energy levels, as well as neutralises free radical damage. Overall, it optimises well-being by providing you with high-quality nutrients, like black cumin seeds, black raspberry seeds, chardonnay grape seeds and d-ribose. In general, I would say if you are an active person and you feel like even though you are eating the healthiest of diets, your body is still missing something, this product is something to look into. I certainly felt a difference during the time I took it and was convinced to have higher energy levels.
The product Core is all about providing you with most daily vitamins and minerals, powerful antioxidants, combats skin conditions, soothes the digestive system and detoxifies. It also is anti-inflammatory and is said to increase absorption of vitamins and minerals. Containing black cumin seed oil, milk thistle, cranberry seeds, kale, chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass, dandelion, aloe vera, and chlorophyllin, it is a real powerhouse. This one is definitely my favourite of the two supplements since it contains all these great vitamins and minerals, that can be quite hard to get in during the winter months when the produce is not as fresh and colourful or nutrient dense. I just feel a lot more energised and fueled, knowing that I added all these incredible ingredients to my daily intake.
Unfortunately, our food currently contains fewer nutrients in comparison to the food our grandparents were consuming. Additionally, wifi, electricity and petroleum oil found in food and in our skin care products are a huge disturbance to our wellbeing. This means that our bodies are in a constant state of fighting off the ”bad”. In that sense, Core and Rain are designed to support the immune system and contribute to a healthier life.
If you feel like you want to enhance your wellbeing or just add a bunch of vital vitamins and minerals to your daily food intake, why not giving the Rain supplements a try and see for yourself, how you get along. Choosing a natural supplement is such a great option available. I want to emphasise that these two diet enhancers are remarkable products, with an incredible concept behind them. This is why I would always advocate going for this particular brand above all others. Especially, for people who do not manage to get in a variety of nutrients on a daily basis, Rain can be the key to their health.
Lastly, do not forget that your actual diet is key. Fueling your body with the right ingredients and incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables into your meals, will make the number one and greatest difference to your health and wellness.
