my last days in this flat. what a beautiful, transformative chapter this has been. 🔮⠀
⠀
so much has happened in the 14 months I’ve lived here. my healing journey has taken major leaps. ⠀
⠀
once again I am finding myself to be a completely different human. as my Mum says every time I return to my childhood home, she welcomes a new daughter.🌖⠀
⠀
growth has been rapid the past months. ⠀
⠀
✨I have started a new job
✨I completed my Masters with an A⠀
✨I started building up my own business
✨I have become Theta Healing Practitioner
✨I started coaching wonderful humans
✨I got a wonderful spiritual teacher and a business coach myself
✨I am finally able to truly love myself most days
✨I have healed many food intolerances
✨I have made new friends and let go of some
✨I have found myself many times & am still discovering
✨I am again & again stepping into my potential, connecting to my spiritual being and rooting it into my humanness
✨I am constantly falling and getting up again, simply in awe by this magical existence called life
⠀
grateful for @mackbelcastro always there on the other side of the world & all these beautiful humans who not too long ago entered my life❤️ ⠀
⠀
now starting a new chapter just a 45 minute walk away in a new home, all by myself & so incredibly grateful for the journey ahead. humbled by the beauty coming through in all its ways.👁💫

do you know those voices inside your head that see

do you know those voices inside your head that seem to constantly contradict each other?⠀
⠀
when you listen closely, though, you notice that one of those voices talks to you with so much gentleness & nudges you forward & another voice frequently jumps in listing all the ‘why nots’ and ‘what ifs’.⠀
⠀
these voices or parts of you include, amongst others, your friend fear, your inner child, & your ego as well as your higher self & the voice of all that is/source/the universe.⠀
⠀
we can work with all of them and learn to trust the once bringing us forward & sooth those who are too frightened, or too egotistical, keeping us stuck. ⠀
⠀
one of the first things we can do at any point in time to resolve a situation we are in, is to step out of the scenario, out of our head, out of the conversation that is going on & look at it all from a bird’s eye view.👁 ⠀
⠀
this way we can often find paths to go about anything that is happening for us with much more lightness & understanding.⠀
⠀
& trust me it gets easier over time, especially if we don’t shy away from getting help with our inner child & subconscious work.

the past two weeks have been a whirlwind of occasions, opportunities, conversations, inspirations, leaping forward and sensation overload.🌪⠀

so what to do when it all get too much (negative/positive, doesn’t matter)? ⠀
⠀
well, this is what I do:⠀
⠀
I breathe.⠀
⠀
okay, well, amongst other things but breathing or breathwork has truly the most beautiful power to recenter oneself & find peace within.🔮⠀
⠀
my favourite breathing exercise:⠀
⠀
🌬breathe in for 4 seconds - hold for 7 secs - and breathe out for 8 secs🌬 repeat a couple of times💫⠀
⠀
this breathing pattern aims to reduce anxiety. it’s perfect for all of you who know anxiety and panic attacks all too well, like I do. ⠀
⠀
(celebrating two months panic attack free btw🙋🏻‍♀️)⠀
⠀
& the breathing pattern also helps to calm down the nervous system, so it can be used to fall asleep too😴 ⠀
