I certainly felt that way and when I still sometimes do (I mean we are all moving through cycles) I remind myself to reach out. Cause we don’t have to do life on our own.

As someone coming from the Business & Marketing field and still being part of it, I understand what it means to be ambitious, a high performer, overachiever, a perfectionist…

However, I am also determined to redefine these things, because who said that doing amazing in life needs to be hard? I certainly subscribe to the idea that everything can be done and lived through in lightness.

And yes, that doesn’t mean things won’t get hard anymore, however it is on us to reframe how we move through, how we perceive the world around us and if we allow ourselves to be conscious creators of our own reality.
